A Theory of Change (ToC) is a visual tool that maps how and why a desired change is expected to happen. It serves as a blueprint for planning and evaluating social impact initiatives. I've designed ToCs for research projects and organizations including SuSMo, ACT on NBS, Deep Transitions, Vinnova, Good Investors, JRF, SATURN, and TIPC.

SuSMo (Sustainable Urban Shared Mobility) was an EIT Climate-KIC funded project working with cities across Europe to rethink shared mobility systems and decarbonize transport. I created a Theory of Change diagram that translated complex information into a clear visual format, highlighting the connections between different elements.
