For The Aviation Challenge project, I collaborated closely with the core team to design a comprehensive Sankey diagram that visualises the complex flow of operational impact levers across their network. By translating dense aviation data into an accessible and transparent format, the final visualisation provides a clear overview of impact distribution to directly support informed, strategic decision-making and encourage a conversation between different expertise groups within the network.
